for a flight from india to germany can i carry a laptop in addition to cabin baggage?
and yes offcourse since i am a girl i would also be carring a handbag , so in all 3 piece is that allowed?

The rule is one carryon and one personal item. Your purse would count as the personal item and the laptop bag would be your second one. If you have an additional bag, especially for an international flight, they will probably make you check it. If you can combine your purse and computer bag or your purse and small suitcase you will have no problems.
