She (indian working as General manager )was coming to home frm her office when two men on bike snatched the laptop bag which was on her shoulder while she was walking and drove away.the laptop(u.k. made) belongs to the company which is uk based.FIR was done at that moment.Now company is asking her to pay for the laptop.i just want to know is she liable to pay to the company??
